Inspiring Talks, Practical Workshops, Real Change.
Bring Lived Neurodivergence & Leadership Stories to Your Team
I’m Gav, also known as Tobey Alexander, a neurodivergent author, speaker, and advocate.
With two decades of leadership in policing and specialist training, alongside my own journey through late-diagnosed autism, ADHD, trauma, and cancer, I bring both lived experience and professional insight into every conversation.
I work with organisations, teams and individuals to deliver talks and workshops that move beyond box-ticking. Together we explore how to build authentic inclusion, challenge outdated narratives, and create spaces where people lead and live without masks.
Whether you’re strengthening understanding, improving workplace culture, or simply starting the conversation, I’m here to help you turn insight into action.

🧠 Lived Experience Training & Support
🧠 Lived Experience Inclusion & Leadership
Real Stories. Practical Change. Lasting Impact.
This isn’t about one-size-fits-all solutions. My approach is rooted in lived experience and shaped by years of developing and delivering adult learning in high-pressure environments.
I support organisations, educators, and communities to build inclusive practices that work in real life, not just on paper.
Having moved through systems as both a hidden and later openly neurodivergent learner, I know first-hand what it’s like to adapt without support. That’s why I pursued the qualifications, roles, and responsibilities needed to make meaningful change. I’ve helped develop processes and frameworks that support neurodivergent adults, creating environments where people don’t just survive, they thrive.
Whether it’s understanding masking, preventing burnout, or embedding neuro-inclusion into leadership strategy, I bring clarity, empathy, and tools that meet people exactly where they are.
These NeuroEdge resources and sessions offer practical strategies to build truly neuro-inclusive environments.
From reducing anxiety and preventing burnout to fostering authenticity and leadership confidence, these tools have already been used by police forces, educational institutions, and businesses across the UK and US.
Designed to close the authenticity gap and move beyond surface inclusion, my approach helps leaders and teams drive meaningful, lasting change, unlocking the full potential of neurodivergent talent.
